This design is made to order and the colour of the surround can change! Please state what colour you'd like it to be when placing your order.

Our plaques are designed and handpainted in-house and we can also create customised designs - ask us today if there's a special phrase you'd like us to make for you.

We post our items in discreet packaging, so if the gift is a surprise, don't worry we won't give it away. We don't include receipts in our packaging to reduce waste.

All our products are handmade in our workshop at The Wrong End of Town in Dover, Kent.

All our products are posted via Royal Mail and where possible we will provide tracking details. The postage option for orders outside of the UK is a tracked option - hence the price. This gives both you and us, reassurance that your package will be tracked properly and you will be able to watch its progress through Royal Mail and your country's postal service. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We package our items in special boxes suited to the product, with sufficient packaging, which is delivered perfectly to our customers 99% of the time. Should your item arrive and it has been damaged through the packaging, please get in contact straight away and we will rectify the issue, if you send pictures of the damage.
